En esta ocasión, la película Sinners, de Ryan Coogler, sorprendió al sumar 16 nominaciones en los premios Óscar 2026, batiendo el récord de películas como La la land, Titanic y All About Eve.
Será el próximo domingo 15 de marzo de 2026 cuando se celebre la 98 entrega de los premios Óscar, en el Dolby Theatre de Hollywood, en Los Ángeles, California. En esta ocasión, se suman más categorías, lo cual permitió que la película Sinners (Pecadores), de Ryan Coogler, obtuviera 16 nominaciones, convirtiéndose en la producción cinematográfica con mayor consideración para estatuillas doradas en la historia.
Por su parte, One Battle after Another, del director Paul Thomas Anderson, también apunta para ser de las grandes ganadoras, con 13 nominaciones totales en los Óscar 2026. Le siguen de cerca Marty Supreme, de Josh Safdie; Sentimental Value, de Joachim Trier; y Frankenstein, de Guillermo del Toro, con nueve nominaciones.
